ITS OVER AND THE GROUNDS OF THE DIVORCE IS "CRUELTY". THE DIVORCE HAS YET TO BE MENTIONED THROUGHOUT THE OTHER COURT PROCEEDINGS BY ANYONE.

On October 29, 2007 Anthony filed for divorce in West Virginia because they were married in West Virginia and that means he had the right to get the divorce in West Virginia. Thankfully we didn't have to travel to New York for that one!!!

In his divorce he asked for half the bills from the marriage be paid by his wife and the only possesions he wanted was his big screen TV. He wanted mental and physical cruelty to be the grounds of the divorce. The judge questioned Anthony and then called me in as a witness to his wife's actions against him in the marriage.

He received the Final Divorce Order which was signed by the Judge October 30, 2007.

 GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE
