When the altercation happened in May 2007, Anthony's wife(I'll call her Tessa) was arrested for cutting Anthony with a knife and child endangerment. Assault 2nd and Endangerment of a child. (See the newspaper article link on left) Anthony was later arrested for going against an Order of Protection.

 

The District Attorney working on the case made a plea offer but Anthony did not accept it. We still can't understand why they are treating the two seperate crimes as one whole incident instead of seperate. He did however get a drug and alcohol dependency evaluation because BOTH courts were accusing him without evidence of having that problem even though it was prooven already that he had not drank a drop the night of the incident.  His evaluation was negative of any problem and he even had other tests done and faxed to the courts to prove even further.

Then that DA (I'll call him "Geggrey Surgefon" )was arrested for a DUI and another DA took over the case. A man DA (I'll call him "Derick Swinker") took the case and Anthony's attorney kept postponing court hearings so the new DA could get "up to speed". Then out of nowhere Anthony gets a plea offer from a woman DA...(I'll call her "Catlyn Showgun") her assistant (Mrs Pavendort)

Anthony's attorney kept saying that Tessa would get a simular offer as his. The Plea Offer stated the offer and said Tessa is the victim and that she is subject to possible application for..........but nothing written after that.

Finally Anthony accepted the offer on 11-17-07 Only accepting the offer if a statement is entered with it. Here is the noterized statement:

I, Anthony Hall, accept the plea offer on the fact that I broke the law by going against the Order of Protection from Scotia and for that fact only. I did not go against the order with intentions to harm anyone. Tessa went against her own Protection Order in February 2007 by letting me live with her for two and a half months which shows that she was not afraid of me and her complaint in Scotia was based on lies. Even though I was the one attacked and injured by Tessa on May 4, 2007 and was taken to the hospital to get stitches while Tessa was arrested for the offence of "Assault 2nd Degree"....I agree to go through the Domestic Violence Program in West Virginia. I also would request that an Order of Protection in my favor be granted as well. I would like to also request that this very important statement be a part of these court proceedings and a part of this plea bargain and be seen by the Judge.

At the court hearing Anthony's attorney, Slob Belly, read this out loud to the judge. Anthony was given no jail time and no probation as long as he continues and completes the Domestic Violence program. He was also given a fresh Order of Protection to stay away from Tessa.

 

A couple of weeks later I received, from Tessa's attorney, Mr. Slyree a copy of Tessa's convictions.

Did she even get a Protection Order to stay away from Anthony? Who knows. His attorney won't say and we have asked him several times to produce a copy of it.
